How to use them

Download the file right after checkout and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Word or Google Docs.
Replace the example company details with yours and add your logo.
Set your currency and tax rate (for example 5% VAT in the UAE), or set tax to zero if you are not registered.
Save a blank master copy, then fill in a new copy for each customer and export it to PDF to send.

Tips for invoices that get paid on time

Number every invoice in sequence, state clear payment terms and a due date, list your bank details, and send a statement of account to customers with more than one open invoice. If you are VAT-registered, check that your tax invoices show the details your tax authority requires. Our templates leave space for each of these fields, but you are responsible for the final content.

Do the templates include VAT?
